Attaining a balance of our work and home lives is a goal to which all working women can relate. Reaching this symmetry means something different to each of us, and The Source is proud to have these incredible women share their insights and experience for cultivating personal and professional harmony.
Lisa Palmer is the founder and principal designer of SummerHouse Interior Design, with locations in both Ridgeland and Oxford. Lisa's work has recently been featured on the cover and in the pages of Traditional Home, as well as in Southern Home Magazine and MILIEU Magazine. She is currently on the board of her synagogue Beth Israel in Jackson, has recently been honored by the Mississippi Jazz Foundation, and will also be an honoree at this year's Jackson's City of Soul Awards.
Dr. LouAnn Woodward's unique combination of experience as a professor, a physician, and seasoned administrator has led to honors ranging from awards for teaching to recognition as one of Mississippi's leading businesswomen. Her personal and professional commitment to the medical center and deep understanding of health care in Mississippi have helped to keep the medical center at the forefront of health care, education, and research both in our state and nationwide.
